A new way of helping Carbon Dioxide reduction

Some researches from the University of Pittsburgh have focused on developing a new catalyst that would lead to large-scale implementation of capture and conversion of carbon dioxide (CO2) and converting it into Methanol. 

They are still working on how to make it more feasible by using metal organic frameworks. In this way they can reduce the the amount of carbon that I released on the atmosphere and they can also can convert it into a viable feedstock for fuels.
